Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLC43A3, a member of the solute carrier family, is a transporter protein implicated in the cellular uptake of various substrates, including amino acids and neurotransmitters. It has garnered attention due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell growth, development, and cancer metabolism. Studies have shown that SLC43A3 expression levels can correlate with tumor progression and metastasis, highlighting its relevance in oncology. The recombinant protein form of SLC43A3 is crucial for elucidating its structure-function relationship and understanding the underlying mechanisms of substrate transport. The availability of purified SLC43A3 can facilitate biochemical assays to investigate its interaction with ligands, regulatory factors, and inhibitors. Additionally, exploring SLC43A3's transport mechanisms may unveil novel therapeutic targets for diseases characterized by dysregulated transport processes. Given the increasing interest in targeted therapies, particularly in cancer treatment, the study of SLC43A3 and its recombinant protein form holds promise for developing innovative strategies that could improve patient outcomes by modulating amino acid and nutrient transport in cancer cells. Thus, the research surrounding SLC43A3 recombinant protein is not only fundamental to basic science but also has significant implications for translational medicine.
