Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CTNNBL1, or Catenin Beta Like 1, is a protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. It plays a critical role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. Abnormalities in CTNNBL1 expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to tumorigenesis through disruption of cellular signaling networks. Recent studies have focused on understanding the structural and functional properties of CTNNBL1, exploring its interactions with other proteins and its role in the regulation of gene expression. Research on recombinant CTNNBL1 protein offers insights into its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic targets. The production of this protein through recombinant techniques enables detailed biochemical and biophysical characterizations, as well as functional assays to investigate its involvement in various cellular pathways. Furthermore, understanding the modulation of CTNNBL1 activity could lead to novel strategies in cancer therapy and regenerative medicine, highlighting the importance of this research in the broader context of cellular biology and therapeutic development.
