Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPSF3 (Cleavage and Polyadenylation Specificity Factor 3) is a critical component of the pre-mRNA processing machinery, playing a pivotal role in the cleavage and polyadenylation of mRNA precursors. This protein is part of a multi-subunit complex that recognizes specific sequence motifs on pre-mRNA, facilitating the cleavage of the RNA transcript and the addition of a poly(A) tail—a modification essential for mRNA stability, nuclear export, and translation efficiency. The study of CPSF3 has garnered significant interest due to its involvement in gene expression regulation and its implications in various diseases, including cancer. Aberrations in CPSF3 function may lead to altered mRNA processing and contribute to oncogenesis, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of CPSF3 through recombinant protein studies can illuminate its mechanism of action and regulatory pathways. Additionally, insights gained from these studies could pave the way for the development of novel strategies aimed at modulating CPSF3 activity, offering potential applications in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment. Overall, the research surrounding CPSF3 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental RNA biology but also opens avenues for translational medical research.
