Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPSF3L, a member of the cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor (CPSF) complex, plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of pre-mRNA, particularly in the cleavage and polyadenylation process that is essential for mRNA stability and translation. This protein has been identified as a potential regulatory factor in various biological processes, including gene expression regulation and RNA processing. Research into CPSF3L has gained interest due to its involvement in several cellular pathways and its potential implications in human diseases, including cancer. Studies have demonstrated that alterations in CPSF3L function may impact cellular proliferation and apoptosis, thus highlighting its significance as a biomarker for specific types of cancer. Furthermore, the characterization of CPSF3L through recombinant protein technologies facilitates a better understanding of its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cellular milieu. Researchers are investigating the structural and functional properties of CPSF3L to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. By optimizing the expression and purification of CPSF3L recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate its role in RNA metabolism and its contribution to disease pathology, paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. The ongoing research is expected to provide valuable insights into CPSF3L functionality, potentially leading to advancements in targeted therapies and precision medicine approaches.
