Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPA12B, also known as Heat Shock Protein Family A Member 12B, is a member of the HSP70 family of proteins that play crucial roles in cellular stress responses, protein folding, and protection against cellular apoptosis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and cardiovascular disorders. The regulation and expression of HSPA12B are of significant interest, particularly because of its unique features that differentiate it from other members of the HSP70 family. As a result, researchers are increasingly focusing on the characterization and functional analysis of HSPA12B recombinant proteins to elucidate their roles in cellular mechanisms under stress conditions. The recombinant production of HSPA12B facilitates detailed studies, including its interactions with client proteins, its impact on cellular signaling pathways, and its potential therapeutic applications. By understanding the molecular functions of HSPA12B, researchers aim to uncover new insights into the underlying mechanisms of diseases and explore its applications in developing novel therapeutic strategies.
