Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPSF2 (Cleavage and Polyadenylation Specificity Factor 2) is a crucial component of the cleavage and polyadenylation machinery involved in the processing of pre-messenger RNA in eukaryotic cells. It plays a significant role in determining the specificity of polyadenylation, which is essential for RNA stability, transport, and translation. Recent research has highlighted its involvement not only in basic cellular processes but also in various pathological conditions, including cancer. Alterations in CPSF2 expression and function have been associated with tumorigenesis, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The study of CPSF2 recombinant protein is pivotal for understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with other proteins in the polyadenylation complex. By producing and characterizing recombinant CPSF2, researchers aim to elucidate its role in RNA processing and to explore its potential implications in disease mechanisms. This investigation contributes to the broader field of molecular biology by providing insights into post-transcriptional regulation and the intricate networks that govern gene expression, offering new avenues for targeted therapies in diseases where CPSF2 is dysregulated.
