Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SLAIN1, or SLAIN motif-containing protein 1, is a protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and cellular morphology. It is involved in several critical biological functions, including cell division, differentiation, and migration. Research on SLAIN1 has gained attention due to its implications in various diseases, including cancer, where dysregulation of microtubule dynamics can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and metastasis. Additionally, SLAIN1 has been implicated in the assembly of the mitotic spindle, a structure essential for accurate chromosome segregation during cell division. The protein interacts with microtubules and other cellular components, suggesting its potential as a novel therapeutic target. The study of SLAIN1 recombinant proteins allows for a better understanding of its function, interaction with other proteins, and role in cellular pathways, paving the way for potential biomedical applications. Researchers are particularly interested in elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which SLAIN1 influences cytoskeletal dynamics and identifying possible links to disease pathologies. Overall, the investigation of SLAIN1 and its recombinant forms is crucial for unraveling the complexities of cellular behavior and developing targeted therapies to combat diseases associated with its dysregulation.
