Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SKIIP (SKI-interaction protein) is a critical regulator of gene expression, particularly in the context of immune responses and cell signaling. Research has increasingly focused on understanding its role in various biological processes, including the modulation of the immune system and the regulation of cytokine production. Dysregulation of SKIIP has been linked to several diseases, such as autoimmune disorders and cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. The primary challenge in studying SKIIP has been its structural complexity and varied interactions with other proteins, which complicate the elucidation of its functional mechanisms. Recent advancements in protein engineering and structural biology have facilitated a deeper understanding of SKIIP’s function and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. These innovations open new avenues for developing SKIIP-based strategies in treating diseases where its regulatory functions are disrupted. As research progresses, SKIIP's role in fine-tuning immune responses and its implications in disease pathology remain at the forefront of molecular biology and therapeutic research.
