Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SKB1 (Shu-associated Kinase Binding 1) is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including stress response, DNA damage repair, and cell cycle regulation. Research into SKB1 has gained momentum due to its potential role in cancer biology and cellular signaling pathways. As a member of the stress-activated protein kinases, SKB1 is believed to influence cell survival and apoptosis under adverse conditions, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. The study of SKB1 is further motivated by its association with key proteins involved in tumor progression and metastasis, suggesting that understanding its function and regulatory mechanisms could offer insights into cancer development and treatment. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of SKB1 in a pure and functional form, facilitating structural and functional analyses. Researchers are now exploring the biochemical properties of SKB1, including its interactions with other proteins and its role in signal transduction pathways. Furthermore, the potential of SKB1 as a biomarker for cancer prognosis and treatment response is under investigation, highlighting its relevance in the clinical setting. Continued research on SKB1 is essential to unravel its complex regulation and provide a foundation for developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting this protein in various diseases.
