Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CORO2A, or Coronin 2A, is a member of the coronin protein family that plays a critical role in actin dynamics and cellular processes such as cytoskeletal organization, migration, and immune responses. Research on CORO2A has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular functions and its potential link to pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. The protein is primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells and has been shown to regulate dendritic cell function and T-cell activation, highlighting its importance in the immune system. Understanding the structure and function of CORO2A through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanism of action and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, recombinant CORO2A can serve as a valuable tool for investigating its role in cellular processes and developing therapeutic strategies targeting CORO2A-related pathways. Given its significant biological functions, the study of CORO2A not only contributes to our comprehension of fundamental cellular mechanisms but also opens new avenues for therapeutic interventions in diseases characterized by immune dysfunction or aberrant cell migration.
