Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CORO1C, a member of the coronin family of proteins, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including the regulation of actin dynamics, cell migration, and immune responses. Characterized by its ability to bind to F-actin and modulate cytoskeletal structures, CORO1C is particularly significant in the functioning of immune cells, such as T cells and macrophages. Research has demonstrated that CORO1C is involved in the polarization of these cells during immune responses, making it a key player in both innate and adaptive immunity. Furthermore, mutations or dysregulation of CORO1C have been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain cancers. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CORO1C's function offers potential insights into therapeutic targets for these conditions. Recent advancements in protein engineering and recombinant techniques have made it feasible to produce CORO1C as a recombinant protein, facilitating detailed studies into its structure and function. By analyzing CORO1C through biophysical methods and cellular assays, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cellular signaling and its impact on disease pathology. The study of CORO1C thus represents a promising avenue for enhancing our understanding of cellular mechanics and identifying innovative strategies for disease intervention.
