Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIB2, a member of the tribbles homolog family, is a pseudokinase that has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology and oncology due to its role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signaling pathways, and cell proliferation. Research indicates that TRIB2 is implicated in cancer progression, particularly in hematological malignancies, where it acts as an oncogene that promotes tumor growth and survival by modulating the activity of key signaling pathways, such as the NF-κB and MAPK pathways. The understanding of TRIB2's function has been further enhanced by the characterization of its protein interactions and its involvement in the regulation of other oncogenes and tumor suppressors. Recent studies utilizing TRIB2 recombinant proteins have provided insights into its molecular mechanisms, enabling researchers to investigate its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, ongoing investigations into the structural features of TRIB2 may reveal novel interactions that could inform drug design strategies. Overall, the study of TRIB2 and its recombinant proteins continues to be an exciting area of research with the potential to advance our understanding of cancer biology and contribute to the development of targeted therapies.
