Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSK (C-terminal Src kinase) is an important regulator of the Src family of tyrosine kinases, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and survival. The study of CSK has garnered significant interest due to its regulatory functions and potential implications in cancer and other diseases. CSK inhibits Src family kinases by phosphorylating them on a specific tyrosine residue, thus maintaining cellular homeostasis. Dysregulation of this pathway can lead to abnormal cell signaling, contributing to tumorigenesis. Research into the structure and function of CSK, especially in the context of its interactions with other proteins and cellular pathways, can provide insights into its role in health and disease. Moreover, understanding how CSK is regulated offers potential avenues for therapeutic intervention in diseases associated with aberrant Src kinase activity. Given the complexity of cellular signaling networks, studies utilizing recombinant CSK proteins have become essential for elucidating its mechanisms of action, exploring novel inhibitors, and developing strategies to modulate its activity in pathological conditions.
