稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SIPA1, or signal-induced proliferation-associated protein 1, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in cell signaling and proliferation. Its involvement in various cellular processes positions SIPA1 as an important player in the context of cancer and other diseases characterized by dysregulated cell growth and survival. Studies have shown that SIPA1 can influence multiple signaling pathways, including the RAS/MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways, which are vital for cellular responses to external stimuli and growth factors. Research efforts have focused on the expression and functional characterization of SIPA1, particularly its role in tumorigenesis and metastasis. Additionally, the potential for SIPA1 as a therapeutic target has prompted investigations into the development of SIPA1 recombinant proteins for functional studies and drug discovery. Understanding the structure and mechanism of SIPA1 can open avenues for novel therapeutic interventions, particularly in oncology, where targeting aberrant signaling pathways can lead to improved treatment outcomes. Overall, the research on SIPA1 recombinant proteins is essential for unraveling the complexities of cell signaling and for potential applications in the treatment of diseases associated with impaired cellular proliferation.
