Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SH2D4A, also known as Src Homology 2 Domain-containing protein 4A, is a member of the SH2D family, which is involved in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and immune response regulation. It plays a pivotal role in modulating T-cell activation and has been linked to immune-related disorders. Research has suggested that SH2D4A interacts with critical signaling pathways, thereby influencing cellular signaling dynamics and gene expression. Given its involvement in immune cell function, studying SH2D4A can provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory conditions, and potentially cancer. The recombinant protein expression of SH2D4A allows for detailed biophysical and biochemical characterization, facilitating the exploration of its functional roles. Investigating the structure and function of SH2D4A through recombinant technology can elucidate its interactions with other signaling molecules and its impact on immune system regulation. This research not only contributes to the understanding of immune mechanisms but also holds therapeutic potential for targeting SH2D4A in related pathologies, making it a significant focus in contemporary biomedical research.
