Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SH2D3C, also known as SH2 domain-containing protein 3C, is a member of the SH2 domain-containing protein family, which plays a critical role in mediating signal transduction pathways. Research into SH2D3C has gained attention due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune responses and cellular signaling. This protein is believed to participate in the regulation of immune cell activation and differentiation, making it a focal point of interest in studies related to autoimmune diseases, cancer, and other conditions involving dysfunctional signaling pathways. Moreover, SH2D3C has been implicated in the modulation of pathways associated with survival and apoptosis, further highlighting its significance in cellular metabolism and growth control. The recombinant expression of SH2D3C allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions with other signaling molecules, thus paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the role of SH2D3C in various cellular contexts could provide insights into novel treatment strategies for diseases linked to aberrant signaling, underscoring the importance of continued research in this area.
