Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SH2D2A, also known as SH2 domain-containing protein 2A, is a pivotal member of the SH2 domain-containing protein family, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways. The research surrounding SH2D2A has gained momentum due to its involvement in various physiological processes, including immune responses and cell proliferation. This protein acts as a scaffold, facilitating interactions between different signaling molecules and thus modulating the downstream signaling cascades. Alterations in SH2D2A expression or function have been linked to several diseases, particularly immune disorders and malignancies. Studies have highlighted its essential role in T-cell activation and B-cell signaling, making it a focal point for understanding the mechanisms of immune regulation. The recombinant production of SH2D2A serves as a valuable tool for elucidating its structural properties and functional interactions in vitro. Moreover, the characterization of this protein can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target, especially in the context of immune-related diseases. As research progresses, understanding the multifaceted role of SH2D2A could lead to novel strategies for treating conditions associated with dysregulated signaling pathways. Overall, the exploration of SH2D2A not only contributes to the fundamental knowledge of cellular signaling but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic approaches in immunology and oncology.
