稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LCE3A, a member of the late cornified envelope (LCE) family, is a protein primarily expressed in the epidermis and is believed to play a crucial role in skin barrier function and protection against environmental stressors. Research has increasingly focused on LCE3A due to its potential implications in skin health, particularly in conditions such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and other skin disorders. The LCE3A gene is located within a cluster of genes on chromosome 1 that are associated with the skin's immune response and keratinization process. Genetic studies have suggested that variations in the LCE3A gene may influence an individual's susceptibility to skin diseases, making it a target for investigating the underlying mechanisms of these conditions. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of LCE3A could lead to the development of novel therapeutic approaches, including biomaterials for wound healing and targeted treatments for inflammatory skin diseases. As such, research on LCE3A encompasses a multidisciplinary approach, integrating molecular biology, genomics, and dermatology, to elucidate its role in skin health and disease.
