Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNOT2, part of the CCR4-NOT complex, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism, including mRNA deadenylation, degradation, and regulation of gene expression. As a multifunctional protein, CNOT2 is involved in various cellular processes, such as cell growth, differentiation, and response to stress. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in cancer biology, where abnormal expression levels of CNOT2 are often linked to tumor progression and poor prognosis. Researchers are increasingly interested in CNOT2 as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker for cancer treatment, due to its pivotal roles in controlling RNA stability and translation. Furthermore, investigations into the structural and functional properties of CNOT2 provide insights into its interactions within the CCR4-NOT complex and other regulatory networks. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning CNOT2's functions could pave the way for innovative strategies in cancer therapy and other diseases characterized by dysregulated gene expression. As such, CNOT2 represents a promising focal point for research aimed at elucidating the complex interplay between RNA metabolism and cellular homeostasis.
