Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
REG4, a member of the regenerating gene family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its significant roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Initially identified for its expression in the gastrointestinal tract, REG4 is involved in cellular regeneration and tissue repair following injury. Its overexpression has been linked to several cancer types, such as colorectal and pancreatic cancers, suggesting a potential role in tumor progression and metastasis. Research has indicated that REG4 may influence cellular signaling pathways, contribute to immune responses, and participate in the regulation of inflammation. Furthermore, REG4 has shown promise as a biomarker for specific malignancies, aiding in early diagnosis and prognosis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying REG4's functions may provide insights into therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and strategies for enhancing tissue regeneration. As such, ongoing studies are focused on elucidating the multifaceted roles of REG4 in both normal physiology and disease states, with the aim of harnessing its potential to improve clinical outcomes in patients.
