稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MORC3 (Microrchidia 3) is a member of the MORC protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including gene regulation, DNA repair, and chromatin remodeling. Research has illuminated MORC3’s significance in cellular functions and its involvement in human diseases, particularly in cancer and immune responses. The protein's unique structural features and ATPase activity suggest its potential role in modulating chromatin states to influence gene expression. Recent studies have highlighted that MORC3 is not only essential for maintaining genomic integrity but also acts as a regulatory factor in the immune system by affecting the expression of pro-inflammatory genes. Consequently, understanding MORC3's molecular mechanisms and interactions has become a focus for researchers aiming to develop targeted therapies that leverage its biological functions. The exploration of MORC3's role in pathological conditions, especially in tumorigenesis and immune disorders, is increasingly relevant, as it may provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies and biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment. This growing body of evidence emphasizes the importance of recombinant MORC3 protein studies, not only to elucidate its fundamental biological roles but also to explore its potential as a target in medical research and therapeutic applications.
