稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD5L, also known as CD5 antigen-like protein, is an important protein implicated in various physiological and pathological processes, particularly in the immune system. It is primarily expressed in macrophages, dendritic cells, and other immune cells, playing crucial roles in modulating immune responses and maintaining homeostasis. Recent studies have shown that CD5L functions in diverse areas, such as lipid metabolism, inflammation, and apoptosis. In the context of autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions, CD5L has garnered attention for its potential role in regulating the activation and survival of immune cells. Additionally, its involvement in the clearance of apoptotic cells highlights its importance in preventing autoimmunity and promoting tissue repair. As a result, researchers have been keen to explore the therapeutic potential of CD5L, considering its role in various diseases, including atherosclerosis, diabetes, and cancer. The development of recombinant CD5L protein for experimental and clinical applications is vital for understanding its mechanisms of action and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. By studying the structural and functional aspects of CD5L, researchers aim to elucidate its roles in immune regulation and disease progression, contributing to the advancement of targeted therapies for immune-mediated disorders. Overall, the exploration of CD5L as a recombinant protein presents opportunities to deepen our understanding of immune biology and develop novel strategies for disease intervention.
