  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CD200R1, a receptor for the immune regulatory glycoprotein CD200, plays a critical role in modulating immune responses, particularly in the context of inflammation and autoimmunity. This protein is primarily expressed on myeloid cells, including macrophages and dendritic cells, and its interaction with CD200 leads to inhibitory signaling pathways that can suppress excessive immune activation. The study of CD200R1 has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, such as cancer, where tumor cells often exploit CD200-CD200R1 signaling to evade immune detection. Research has explored the therapeutic potential of targeting CD200R1 to enhance anti-tumor immunity or manage autoimmune conditions by disrupting these inhibitory signals. The recombinant CD200R1 protein serves as a valuable tool for studying its biological functions and interactions, enabling researchers to investigate its role in immune modulation and the underlying mechanisms of disease. Further understanding of CD200R1's structure and function could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in clinical settings.
