Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SDAD1, or "Spermatogenesis-Associated Domain 1," is a protein that has garnered attention due to its potential role in male reproductive biology. Research suggests that SDAD1 is involved in spermatogenesis, the process by which sperm cells are produced, making it crucial for male fertility. Understanding the structure and function of SDAD1 can provide insights into reproductive disorders linked to abnormal spermatogenesis. Recent studies have focused on its expression patterns in various tissues and its interactions with other proteins, which may elucidate its role in cellular signaling pathways during germ cell development. Additionally, the investigation of recombinant SDAD1 protein serves as a valuable tool for deciphering its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms. By producing SDAD1 in a controlled laboratory setting, researchers aim to analyze its activity, post-translational modifications, and potential involvement in fertility-related pathways. Furthermore, studying SDAD1's evolutionary conservation across different species may shed light on its fundamental biological roles and its significance in reproduction. Overall, the exploration of SDAD1 as a recombinant protein is pivotal to advancing our understanding of spermatogenesis and its implications for addressing male infertility issues.
