稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNL2, or Guanine Nucleotide Binding Protein-Like 2, is a member of the GTPase superfamily and plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis, cell proliferation, and stress response mechanisms. With its essential functions in eukaryotic cells, GNL2 has attracted interest in molecular biology and biomedical research. Studies have shown that GNL2 can influence the regulation of gene expression and protein synthesis, making it a potential target for understanding diseases such as cancer, where aberrant protein synthesis pathways are frequently observed. Furthermore, GNL2's involvement in the nucleolar stress response, particularly its activation in response to tumorigenic signals, indicates its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Although much is known about its biological roles, the specific molecular mechanisms of GNL2 remain under investigation. The recombinant protein form of GNL2 is increasingly being utilized for structural and functional studies, allowing researchers to explore its interactions, post-translational modifications, and effects on ribosome assembly in vitro. As a tool in drug discovery, GNL2 recombinant proteins could lead to therapeutic advancements by providing insights into its regulation and potential interactions with small molecules. Overall, the ongoing research on GNL2 recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies in disease management.
