Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHPF2, or Collagen and Heme-Dependent Protein 2, is a protein that has garnered significant interest in molecular biology and biomedical research due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. The importance of CHPF2 lies in its involvement with collagen metabolism and its interactions with various signaling pathways that are crucial for maintaining tissue integrity and homeostasis. Previous studies have suggested that alterations in CHPF2 expression can be associated with pathological conditions such as fibrosis, cancer progression, and wound healing abnormalities. Given these implications, researchers have focused on characterizing the biochemical properties of CHPF2 and elucidating its functional roles within the extracellular matrix (ECM). A particular focus has been placed on its restructured protein forms, as these variants may exhibit unique structural and functional characteristics that influence cellular responses. Understanding the mechanisms by which CHPF2 operates can provide insights into ECM dynamics and potentially lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to collagen dysregulation. Overall, the study of CHPF2 and its recombinant forms is crucial for advancing our understanding of tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and targeted therapies aimed at collagen-related disorders.
