Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PABPC4 (Poly(A)-binding protein cytoplasmic 4) is a member of the poly(A)-binding protein family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of mRNA metabolism, including stability, translation, and degradation. Research into PABPC4 has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Studies have indicated that PABPC4 is implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where it may contribute to the dysregulation of mRNA expression and protein synthesis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of PABPC4 can provide insights into its biological functions and potential roles in disease pathology. Recombinant PABPC4 proteins are valuable tools for elucidating these mechanisms, allowing researchers to study its interaction with RNA and other cellular factors through techniques such as pull-down assays, fluorescence microscopy, and RNA immunoprecipitation. By producing and characterizing recombinant PABPC4, scientists aim to uncover how this protein impacts gene expression at the post-transcriptional level, which could ultimately lead to the development of new therapeutic strategies targeting RNA metabolism in disease contexts. The exploration of PABPC4 not only enhances our understanding of mRNA regulation but also opens up avenues for novel interventions in conditions where PABPC4 expression is altered. As such, the study of recombinant PABPC4 is crucial for advancing our knowledge in molecular biology and developing innovative biomarkers or therapeutic targets in tumors and other pathologies.
