Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRSS27, also known as protease, serine 27, is a member of the serine protease family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including digestion, immune response, and cell signaling. The unique expression patterns and functional characteristics of PRSS27 have drawn significant attention in recent years, particularly in the context of its potential involvement in human health and disease. Research has indicated that PRSS27 may have a role in the modulation of inflammatory responses and tissue repair mechanisms, possibly linking it to conditions such as chronic inflammation and cancer. Moreover, studies have suggested that PRSS27 could be involved in the activation of other proteases and signaling pathways, further highlighting its importance in cellular processes. The recombinant production of PRSS27 facilitates the detailed study of its enzymatic properties, interactions with substrates, and regulatory mechanisms. By understanding the structure-function relationship of PRSS27, researchers aim to elucidate its biological significance and explore its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker for diseases. This growing body of research emphasizes the need for comprehensive exploration of PRSS27, providing insights that may lead to novel approaches in disease treatment and prevention.
