Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CHES1, or regulation of CHES1, is an emerging protein that plays a significant role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Studies have shown that CHES1 is involved in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in response to DNA damage and stress. Its expression is often dysregulated in various cancers, suggesting that CHES1 may serve as a potential biomarker for tumor progression and a target for therapeutic interventions. The research into recombinant CHES1 protein primarily focuses on understanding its structural characteristics, functional mechanisms, and interaction with other proteins within cellular pathways. By using recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce large quantities of CHES1 for in vitro studies, which allows for a detailed investigation of its biological functions and potential roles in oncogenesis. Furthermore, the study of CHES1 can contribute to the development of novel treatment strategies, as targeting its pathways may restore normal cellular functions in cancer cells. Overall, the investigation of CHES1 as a recombinant protein is crucial for unveiling its contributions to cancer biology and exploring its therapeutic potential.
