Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SAMD3, a member of the SAM (sterile alpha motif) domain-containing protein family, has garnered significant attention in bio-medical research due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including gene regulation, signal transduction, and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. The protein is implicated in key biological pathways such as differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis, making it a candidate for studying developmental biology and disease mechanisms. Research indicates that SAMD3 may play a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and the pathophysiology of certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Its unique structural features, including multiple SAM domains, suggest a complex mechanism of action, potentially involving interactions with RNA or protein partners. The reconstitution of SAMD3 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth biochemical studies, enabling researchers to explore its functional properties, structural characteristics, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, understanding the precise mechanisms by which SAMD3 exerts its biological functions could provide valuable insights into therapeutic strategies for diseases linked to dysregulation of this protein. Overall, the study of SAMD3 and its recombinant forms represents a promising frontier in unraveling the intricate networks governing cellular physiology and disease.
