Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SAMD1, also known as Sterile Alpha Motif Domain 1, is a protein that has garnered increasing interest in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially identified for its involvement in immune responses and cell proliferation, SAMD1 has been found to interact with various signaling pathways, suggesting a multifaceted role in cellular homeostasis. Recent studies have indicated its significant implications in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of SAMD1 allows researchers to study its structure-function relationships and elucidate its biological roles more effectively. Utilizing techniques like molecular cloning and protein purification, scientists aim to produce high-quality SAMD1 protein for in vitro and in vivo studies. By exploring the biochemical properties and interactions of SAMD1, researchers hope to gain insights into its function and mechanisms of action, paving the way for novel investigative avenues in understanding its contribution to health and disease. This ongoing research underscores the importance of SAMD1 in various biological contexts and its potential implications for developing targeted therapies.
