Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
S100A10, a member of the S100 protein family, is a small calcium-binding protein that plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and inflammation. Research indicates that S100A10 is involved in the regulation of tumor progression and metastasis, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Its role in cell signaling pathways and interactions with other proteins highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to stress. The recombinant expression of S100A10 has garnered attention in scientific research due to its potential applications in immunotherapy and targeted therapies. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, researchers can better study its structure, function, and interactions at a molecular level. Moreover, understanding the precise role of S100A10 in various diseases may lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The ability to produce purified S100A10 enables researchers to conduct functional assays, investigate its calcium-binding properties, and explore its interactions with potential binding partners. As such, the study of recombinant S100A10 is crucial for elucidating its biological roles and therapeutic potentials, contributing to the broader understanding of diseases associated with dysregulated S100A10 expression, particularly in cancer.
