稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDR2L (Cell Cycle-Dependent Protein 2-Like) is a member of the CDR family of proteins that plays a critical role in cellular processes including cell cycle regulation, particularly during meiosis and mitosis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in various biological functions such as chromatin remodeling, DNA repair, and gene expression regulation. Research into CDR2L's role in human health has gained traction, as alterations in its expression or function have been linked to several diseases, including cancers and genetic disorders. Specifically, the dysregulation of CDR2L has been associated with tumorigenesis, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Additionally, as the understanding of CDR2L's structure and function expands, the recombinant protein produced for research purposes could facilitate the study of its interactions with other cellular molecules, elucidate the mechanisms of its action, and assist in developing novel strategies for treating diseases linked to its dysfunction. Efforts to characterize the CDR2L recombinant protein include analyzing its biochemical properties, cellular localization, and functional assays to determine its role in cellular pathways. Overall, the study of CDR2L and its recombinant protein is critical for advancing our knowledge of cell cycle regulation and its implications in disease progression.
