Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Lush, a member of the GPCR (G protein-coupled receptor) family, plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, particularly in the development of sensory organs and the regulation of signaling pathways in organisms like Drosophila. Research into Lush's function and structure has gained momentum due to its implications in understanding fundamental biological mechanisms and potential links to diseases. As a significant player in the olfactory and taste perception pathways, Lush contributes to the modulation of neuronal responses to external stimuli. Advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled scientists to investigate the protein's conformational dynamics, ligand interactions, and downstream signaling effects. The study of Lush not only enhances our comprehension of GPCR biology but also opens avenues for drug discovery, as targeting such receptors has been a successful strategy in treating various conditions. Furthermore, elucidating Lush's role in sensory signaling can provide insights into the evolutionary conservation of GPCR-mediated pathways across species, fostering a deeper understanding of both basic and applied biological sciences.
