稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDON (Cell Adhesion Molecule 1) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, axon growth, and tissue development. Its involvement in the development of the central nervous system and skeletal system has garnered significant interest in the scientific community. CDON functions as a co-receptor for hedgehog signaling, influencing the activity of upstream factors that regulate cellular interactions and developmental pathways. Research has shown that aberrations in CDON expression or function can lead to various developmental disorders and contribute to tumorigenesis. The study of CDON and its recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its precise mechanisms of action, potential therapeutic applications, and its role in disease pathology. Scientists are focusing on characterizing CDON's structure and function through recombinant protein studies, providing insights into its interactions with other extracellular matrices and signaling molecules. This research has broad implications for regenerative medicine, cancer therapy, and developmental biology, emphasizing the importance of CDON in maintaining cellular integrity and promoting proper tissue formation. Understanding CDON's role at the molecular level could pave the way for novel strategies in treating diseases related to its dysfunction.
