稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HRP1 (Hematopoietic Resilience Protein 1) is a crucial component in the study of hematopoiesis and immune system resilience. This recombinant protein has garnered significant attention due to its pivotal role in regulating cellular stress responses and promoting hematopoietic stem cell survival under adverse conditions. Research has indicated that HRP1 interacts with various signaling pathways that are essential for maintaining blood cell production and function. In the context of diseases such as anemia and leukemia, understanding the mechanisms by which HRP1 influences stem cell behavior and lineage specification is particularly vital. Moreover, investigations into the therapeutic potential of HRP1-based interventions provide promising avenues for enhancing bone marrow function and improving patient outcomes. The ongoing exploration of HRP1 and its recombinant forms may lead to innovative strategies for mobilizing stem cells and developing targeted therapies, positioning HRP1 as a critical focus in both basic and translational hematological research.
