  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RTF1 (RNA transcription factor 1) is a key protein involved in the regulation of gene expression through its role in transcription elongation and RNA processing. Research into RTF1 has gained momentum due to its significant involvement in various biological processes, including cell differentiation and response to environmental stress. Mutations or dysregulation of RTF1 have been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where aberrant transcriptional regulation can lead to uncontrolled cell growth. The study of RTF1 is further fueled by advances in molecular biology techniques, such as CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing and advanced imaging methods, which allow for more precise exploration of its functions and interactions within the cell. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of RTF1 can provide insights into its role in the transcriptional machinery, potentially unveiling new therapeutic targets. Additionally, the study of RTF1 in different organisms enhances our comprehension of evolutionary conservation and the fundamental mechanisms of gene regulation. Overall, research on RTF1 is essential for elucidating the complexities of gene expression and its implications for human health and disease.
