Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NosM, a key enzyme responsible for the biosynthesis of the biologically active nitrosamine, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential implications in microbial ecology and biotechnology. The enzyme is part of a novel family of proteins found in various microorganisms, primarily involved in the nitrogen cycle, particularly in the conversion of nitrogenous compounds into bioactive forms. Understanding the molecular structure and functionality of NosM is crucial for elucidating its role in nitrogen metabolism, which can ultimately impact agricultural practices, environmental sustainability, and the development of biotechnological applications. Research into NosM is also driven by its potential therapeutic applications, as nitrosamines are known to play roles in various biological processes, including signaling pathways and regulation of gene expression. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled researchers to explore the recombinant expression of NosM, facilitating the production of this enzyme for further characterization and study. The investigation of NosM and its related pathways holds promise for developing innovative strategies to manipulate microbial communities and enhance nitrogen utilization efficiency in various ecosystems.
