Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPUSD3 (Reproductive Protein Uncovering Subunit Domain 3) is a protein that has garnered attention due to its potential roles in reproductive biology and cellular function. Initially identified in various studies focusing on gametogenesis and early embryonic development, RPUSD3 is believed to be involved in RNA processing and regulation mechanisms within germ cells. Its expression patterns suggest significant roles in both male and female reproductive tissues, indicating a probable contribution to fertility and reproductive success. Recent investigations have further highlighted RPUSD3's importance in the regulation of mitochondrial functions and its implications in oocyte quality and maturation. Given the rising concerns about infertility and reproductive health globally, understanding the molecular functions and pathways associated with RPUSD3 is essential. This research could lead to novel insights into reproductive disorders and potential therapeutic targets for enhancing fertility treatments. Current efforts are focused on elucidating the precise mechanisms through which RPUSD3 operates, its interaction with other cellular partners, and its overall impact on reproductive health, positioning it as a critical component in the study of reproductive biology and biomedicine.
