Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The RPUSD2 protein, known as RNA pseudouridylate synthase 2, is a member of the RPUSD family and is primarily involved in the modification of RNA molecules through the pseudouridylation process. This modification, which occurs at specific sites within RNA, plays a critical role in RNA stability, translation efficiency, and overall cellular function. Research has shown that RPUSD2 is particularly important in the development and functioning of various tissues, including the nervous system and immune response. Given its potential implications in diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, understanding the structural and functional aspects of RPUSD2 is paramount. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and the interactions of RPUSD2 with other cellular components. This research aims to uncover the biological significance of RPUSD2 and its potential as a therapeutic target, highlighting the need for detailed investigations into its role in RNA metabolism and cellular homeostasis. As research progresses, the insights gained from RPUSD2 studies could pave the way for novel strategies in disease treatment and the development of RNA-based therapies.
