  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CDC5L (cell division cycle 5-like protein) is an essential regulator of the cell cycle and plays a vital role in RNA processing and splicing. Research into CDC5L has gained momentum due to its connections to various cellular processes and its implications in cancer biology. Mutations or dysregulation of CDC5L have been implicated in several malignancies, suggesting that it could serve as a potential biomarker for cancer diagnostics and therapy. Additionally, CDC5L is part of larger complexes involved in mRNA metabolism, indicating its significance in gene expression regulation. Recombining CDC5L allows researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships and understand its role in cellular signaling pathways more thoroughly. By producing recombinant CDC5L, scientists can explore its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and influence on RNA splicing dynamics. This makes recombinant CDC5L a crucial tool for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying cell cycle regulation and its aberration in diseases, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions and cancer treatment strategies.
