Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS6KA3, also known as p90 RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase), is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in several key cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and survival. It is activated by various signaling pathways, particularly those involving growth factors and the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase pathway. Due to its involvement in the regulation of important cellular functions, RPS6KA3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodevelopmental disorders. Research has shown that mutations in the RPS6KA3 gene are associated with developmental anomalies and intellectual disabilities, thereby establishing its significance in human health. The recombinant protein of RPS6KA3 serves as a valuable tool for studying its kinase activity, substrate interactions, and physiological roles in cellular signaling. By producing RPS6KA3 as a recombinant protein, scientists can explore its mechanisms of action, identify potential therapeutic targets, and investigate its role in disease pathways. This research is essential for understanding how dysregulation of RPS6KA3 contributes to pathological conditions and can pave the way for potential drug development aimed at modulating its activity in various diseases.
