Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TM1 protein, also known as Transmembrane Protein 1, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and disease mechanisms. Initially identified in studies related to membrane biology, TM1 is implicated in cellular signaling pathways and may play a crucial role in the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Researchers have discovered that abnormalities in TM1 expression and function are associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic disorders. The protein's transmembrane domain suggests a role in transporting molecules across cell membranes, and its interactions with other cellular components could influence signaling cascades vital for cell proliferation and survival. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of TM1 is essential for elucidating its biological functions and developing therapeutic strategies. Recent advances in techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and mass spectrometry have facilitated the exploration of TM1's structure and interactions at a molecular level, providing insights that may lead to novel treatment options targeting TM1-related pathways. Overall, ongoing research is focused on unraveling the complex biology of TM1, which holds promise for informing new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in precision medicine.
