Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC2L1, also known as cell division cycle 2-like 1, is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase family, playing a critical role in cell cycle regulation and cellular proliferation. Research into CDC2L1 has gained momentum due to its implications in various biological processes, including mitosis, DNA repair, and gene expression regulation. Abnormal expression of CDC2L1 has been linked to several types of cancer, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The recombinant protein form of CDC2L1 allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interactions with other cellular proteins. Utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce CDC2L1 in large quantities for use in assays that elucidate its biochemical properties and the mechanisms underlying its role in cell cycle progression. Furthermore, studies focusing on the effects of CDC2L1 mutations or altered expression patterns can provide insights into tumorigenesis and enable the development of targeted therapies. The ongoing investigation of CDC2L1 and its recombinant protein offers a promising avenue for understanding cell cycle dynamics and advancing cancer treatment strategies.
