稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Jagged1 (JAG1) is a crucial ligand in the Notch signaling pathway, which plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. JAG1 is known to be integral in neurogenesis, hematopoiesis, and the development of numerous organs. Dysregulation of JAG1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancers, cardiovascular disorders, and developmental syndromes such as Alagille syndrome, characterized by bile duct paucity and cardiovascular anomalies. Due to its pivotal role in cellular communication and development, the recombinant production of JAG1 protein has garnered substantial interest in the field of biomedical research. The study of recombinant JAG1 not only provides insights into its structural and functional characteristics but also facilitates the exploration of its potential therapeutic applications, such as in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy. By understanding how JAG1 interacts with its receptor, Notch, researchers aim to manipulate the pathway for desired outcomes, promising novel strategies for treating diseases linked to Notch signaling abnormalities. Consequently, the generation and characterization of recombinant JAG1 protein represent critical steps toward elucidating the complexities of Notch signaling and advancing therapeutic interventions.
