Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS15A, or Ribosomal Protein S15 A, is a critical component of the ribosome, playing a vital role in ribosome biogenesis and protein synthesis. It is part of the small ribosomal subunit and is involved in the assembly and stability of the ribosome, which is essential for accurate translation of mRNA into proteins. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of RPS15A in various cellular processes and its potential implications in diseases, particularly in cancer, where its expression levels can be altered. Recombinant RPS15A protein has been produced for detailed structural and functional analyses, enabling researchers to investigate its precise role in ribosome function and its involvement in translational regulation. Moreover, understanding the molecular mechanisms related to RPS15A can provide insights into the fundamental processes of cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation, and may reveal novel therapeutic targets. The development of RPS15A as a recombinant protein is thus not only important for basic research but also for its potential application in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, where it might aid in the creation of new treatments or diagnostic tools for diseases associated with ribosomal dysfunctions.
