Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC14A, a member of the CDC14 phosphatase family, plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and is implicated in various cellular processes such as mitotic exit, DNA repair, and maintenance of genomic stability. Initially discovered in yeast, CDC14A has been shown to dephosphorylate key substrates, facilitating the transition from mitosis to interphase. In humans, CDC14A exhibits significant expression in several tissues, suggesting diverse functional roles. Recent research has highlighted its involvement in cancer biology, with alterations in CDC14A expression linked to tumorigenesis and poor prognosis in various cancers. The study of CDC14A recombinant protein aims to elucidate its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components, providing insights into its regulatory mechanisms. Understanding CDC14A's functions at the molecular level could pave the way for new therapeutic strategies targeting cell cycle dysregulation in cancer. Moreover, generating recombinant CDC14A protein enables the development of specific inhibitors or modulators that could be employed in research and potential clinical applications. Overall, the investigation of CDC14A not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also holds promise for advancements in cancer treatment and other diseases associated with cell cycle abnormalities.
