Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL27A, a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit of the ribosome, plays a crucial role in protein synthesis and is implicated in various cellular processes. Research into RPL27A has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in cancer biology and other diseases. Abnormal expression levels of ribosomal proteins, including RPL27A, have been correlated with tumorigenesis and cancer progression, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Additionally, RPL27A is essential for ribosome assembly and function, making it vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Studies have shown that the dysregulation of RPL27A can lead to altered cellular responses, affecting cell proliferation and survival. Thus, understanding the mechanisms behind RPL27A function and its interactions with other cellular components could provide insights into the molecular basis of diseases and pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. Researchers are exploring various techniques, including recombinant protein expression and functional assays, to elucidate the role of RPL27A in normal physiology and disease states. The continued investigation of RPL27A's functions and regulatory mechanisms is essential for advancing our knowledge of ribosome-related pathologies and developing targeted interventions.
