Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the RPL24 recombinant protein is rooted in the broad interest in ribosomal proteins and their critical roles in cellular biology. RPL24, a component of the ribosomal 60S subunit, plays an essential role in the process of protein synthesis, influencing both the assembly and function of the ribosome. Recent research has highlighted the implications of RPL24 in various cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and stress responses. Additionally, aberrations in ribosomal proteins, including RPL24, are linked to numerous diseases, particularly cancer, where dysregulated protein synthesis contributes to tumor progression and metastasis. The investigation of RPL24 as a recombinant protein aims to better understand its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with various biomolecules. By producing RPL24 in recombinant systems, researchers can elucidate its role in ribosome assembly and functionality, investigate its potential as a therapeutic target, and explore its involvement in disease mechanisms. Such studies could pave the way for novel strategies in targeting ribosomal dysregulation in cancer and other diseases, underscoring the importance of this protein in the realm of molecular biology and medicine.
