Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cmk, or calmodulin-dependent protein kinase, is an important component in the regulation of various cellular processes, including signal transduction, metabolism, and gene expression. The study of Cmk recombinant proteins has gained significant interest due to their potential roles in diverse physiological pathways and disease states. Researchers have focused on elucidating the structural and functional characteristics of Cmk proteins, as well as their interactions with other biomolecules. Such studies aim to clarify the mechanisms by which Cmk regulates calcium signaling and its implications in cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, and cancer. Recent advancements in techniques such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy have enabled scientists to obtain detailed structural insights into Cmk, facilitating a better understanding of its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, the ability to produce recombinant Cmk proteins in heterologous systems allows for extensive biochemical assays and functional studies, driving forward research that may lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting Cmk-related pathways.
